CNC Knife

WinCNC controlled knives are used on a variety of printed materials like paper, cardboard, and vinyl. Other materials like fabric, rubber, and foam can also be processed using tangtial knives. WinCNC supports a tangential knife driven by a servo motor, automatically rotating in the direction of cutting.

Knife Features

Combine a tangential knife with the Optiscout Vision Registration software and camera for processing printed materials.
Compatible GCode can be generated from almost any CAD/CAM to support a tangential knife.
Direct DXF/HPGL imports are supported for simple knife cutting operations.
Knife up/down can be controlled by stepper, servo, air solenoid, or electric acctuator.
Supports oscillating and vibrating knives.
